✨ 𝟭𝟬+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 ✨ For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supervising >20 PhD students – many of whom now hold exciting positions in #academia, #tech, and #business. What makes me especially proud: we continue to keep this connection alive. Last week we met again in Berlin – a shared dinner and a stage that made the evening truly magical: the Wintergarten Varieté Berlin with the show “Flying Lights”. What struck me once again: - The energy when so many bright minds come together - The stories of how dissertations grew into careers in startups, corporates, and research - The reminder that science and practice are not opposites, but can deeply inspire one another For me, this annual gathering is more than just a reunion – it’s proof of how strong a community can become when nurtured over the years.
