If you told me when I became Chief People Officer at rebuy that my job description would one day include playing "device unpacker, cleaner, and grader" on national kids' TV... I probably would have believed you. Because around here, we all roll up our sleeves. 🛠️📱 I had the absolute blast of showing Soraya Jamal from KiKa’s Team Timster around our Berlin-Siemensstadt hub recently. Instead of just talking about what our incredible team does every day, I got to walk through the exact steps it takes to give a mobile device a second life. From unpacking to cleaning and tech grading: it’s a mix of high-tech magic and real human care, with dry-ice cleaning as a special highlight. Seeing our work through the eyes of curious kids was the best part of the day. It’s important to remember that the habits we're building today are the ones these kids will take for granted tomorrow.
