Deswegen haben wir heute mit einigen Kolleg*innen den Austausch mit den anderen Ländergesellschaften von Sopra Steria gehabt - und viel gelernt! 🚀 Unser Blick lag dabei auf dem Public Sector: 👉 Was bewegt die Verwaltung in Italien? 👉 Wie funktioniert Innovation in Norwegen? 👉 Welche Themen sind in UK aktuell? ... und so viel mehr. Mein wichtigstes Learning: (Knowledge)Sharing is Power! ---- Talking to the same people all the time and hearing similar opinions does not get us any further.
