﴿ وَآخِرُ دَعْوَاهُمْ أَنِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴾ بحمد الله وتوفيقه، وبعد فصل دراسي حافل بالشغف والاجتهاد، أنهيت مناقشة مشروع تخرّجي في كلية العمارة والتخطيط بجامعه الملك سعود بعنوان: Lauzeom ski resort يقع المشروع في تروجينا – نيوم، الوجهة الرسمية للألعاب الآسيوية الشتوية لعام 2029، حيث تشهد المنطقة تحوّلاً غير مسبوق كمنصة للأنشطة الجبلية والرياضية. يسعى المشروع إلى تقديم تجربة شتوية فريدة، من خلال رؤية معمارية تُعيد تشكيل العلاقة بين الجبل والزائر، وتستحضر روح جبال اللوز الشامخة، لتمنح المتزلج بُعدًا جديدًا يتناغم مع هوية تروجينا وفرادتها. كل الامتنان والتقدير لمشرفتي الفاضلة Samah Hashim على دعمها الملهم، وتوجيهها الدائم الذي كان له بالغ الأثر في تشكيل هذا المشروع. والشكر موصول لكل من كان جزءًا من هذه الرحلة. After a semester filled with passion and dedication, I’m proud to share the completion of my graduation project: Lauzeom Ski Resort — located in Trojena, NEOM. As the official host of the Asian Winter Games 2029, Trojena is shaping a new vision for winter sports and year-round mountain tourism in Saudi Arabia. Lauzeom reimagines the winter experience through a bold architectural narrative — one that redefines the connection between the visitor and the mountain. Inspired by the raw beauty of Jabal Al-Lawz, the project offers an immersive environment designed not only for skiing but also for winter recreation, relaxation, and wellness. The resort features a wide range of integrated facilities, including a wellness and spa center, boutique retail spaces, a luxury hotel, an exclusive VIP area, and a collection of scenic chalets — all harmoniously integrated within the mountainous landscape. Lauzeom aims to embody movement, serenity, and innovation — creating a destination that celebrates both nature and design. A new chapter begins, and the journey continues.
