10 Years at Jacobi – Looking Back with a Smile What a journey it’s been! As I reflect on the past decade at Jacobi, I’m filled with gratitude and pride. Customers come first at Jacobi. Always. Love it. I’m thankful for the trust of my management, even though I know I’ve driven them a little crazy now and then! Leading our MFU service team has been a privilege. Their never-give-up mentality is contagious—and the results speak for themselves. Started building an inspiring Business Development team, full of opportunities, ideas, and energy. Watching young people develop is very rewarding. We learn from each other every day. We’ve had a blast—and it feels like we’re just getting started. I’m proud to be a part of the Jacobi family
