Frank works in our aftermarket department and is our go-to specialist in marine spare parts and steering/control systems. If you have a technical question, chances are Frank already has the answer – and probably the manual, the spare part, and a backup plan ready too. In my 17 years with the company, I’ve only once seen Frank not know something. I remember it clearly – it was a strange day. The sun was in the wrong place, and the coffee tasted like tea.
