Vergangene Woche haben wir eine 82 - jährige Patientin mit zuvor nicht erfolgreicher T-TEER Behandlung bei uns im Albertinen Herz- und Gefäßzentrum mit einer 52 mm Evoque Klappe therapieren können. Trotz des vorhandenen Edge to Edge Devices war ein Ergebnis ohne jegliche residuelle Insuffizienz zu erzielen! Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war auch keine Implantation eines Schrittmachers notwendig. Vielen lieben Dank an die Industriepartner für die Unterstützung bei der Planung für diesen Eingriff und den Support bei der Therapie. Bilder werden mit Einverständnis der Patientin gezeigt. Last week, we were able to treat an 82-year-old female patient who had previously unsuccessful T-TEER therapy with a 52 mm Evoque valve at our facility Albertinen Herz- und Gefäßzentrum . Despite the presence of the Edge to Edge device, we achieved a result with no residual insufficiency! Up to that point, there was also no need for a pacemaker implantation.
