ML Research @ Isomorphic Labs
Since defending my PhD in late 2024, I’ve spent some time exploring different paths - getting a look inside the startup world and continuing my research as a postdoc at ETH Zürich. Although I decided to move into industry, I’m very thankful for the many great interactions I had during this year of exploration. I’m closing this academic chapter with a lot of gratitude. My thesis was recognized with the ETH Medal, which was a wonderful way to round off the journey (full text here: https://lnkd.in/eftfAhHi). A heartfelt thank you to my advisor, Dennis Kochmann, for his mentorship over the last five years, as well as to all colleagues and friends who supported me. We are living in a time of unprecedented progress at the intersection of AI and science. I’m excited that my next step will allow me to contribute to this in a meaningful way by joining Isomorphic Labs in Lausanne in January! I’m looking forward to the work ahead. 🚀
