Thrilled to share that I’m returning to Microsoft-this time as a Principal Program Manager, Application Delivery in New York. Over the past several years at Microsoft, I had the opportunity to support mission-critical modernization and delivery efforts across large, complex programs-work that reinforced how powerful clear ownership, strong operating rhythms, and great engineering partnerships can be at scale. Most recently at Vimeo, I partnered with Data & Analytics leaders and squads to improve end-to-end delivery execution-strengthening planning practices, clarifying ownership across cross-functional teams, and establishing operating rhythms that made work more visible, predictable, and measurable. That experience sharpened my focus on practical, durable improvements that reduce friction and help teams deliver with confidence. In this next chapter back at Microsoft, my focus will be on: • Raising documentation quality so teams can move faster with less friction • Strengthening project planning and governance to improve transparency and decision-making • Serving as a change agent—driving practical improvements that stick (and make delivery easier for everyone) I’m grateful to the leaders and teammates who encouraged this move, and I’m excited to jump back in and help teams deliver high-impact outcomes with clarity, discipline, and empathy.
