Small Monday morning reminder of something on my mind at the moment… YOU HAVE TIME. I know it doesn't feel like it. I know you're watching other people's success stories at 25 and thinking you're already behind. I know you might be quietly panicking that if you don't make it by 30 or 40, you've missed your chance. But it’s not true. Life is short, yes, but it's also really bloody long. I found this out after running the marathons. Something I never thought I’d be able to do. And then I did it - having started far older than most long-distance runners. And all the stats agree... • The average entrepreneur starts their company at 42 • 50-year-old founders are twice as likely to succeed as 30-year-olds • A 60-year-old is 3x as likely to build a successful startup than a 30-year-old • Mid-career entrepreneurs are 5x more likely to still be in business after 5 years • Most small businesses take 2-3 years just to become profitable So give yourself a break. Because… you have time!!
