Here’s something I’ve found over the past few years…. Your team already knows your weaknesses. They're just too polite to tell you. If you walked into any business and asked “Being 100% honest, do you think your boss should have therapy?" — I reckon most hands would shoot up. And they'd be right. Before therapy, I genuinely thought I was good at most things. Classic founder delusion. But I quickly realised I was actually rubbish at most things: - I didn't explain things properly.  - I discovered my attention to detail was terrible.  - I thought everyone understood my brain, but I was unconsciously confusing people left, right and centre. And in my experience, if you’re a founder or leader of any kind — to be great at it, you need huge self-awareness. Not just about what you're good at, but also what you're bad at. Because everyone else probably knows already, and they’re too polite to tell you. So if you think it might work, go to therapy. I’m just one person… but it worked for me 🫡 📸 CK team!
