On the way back from Berlin, where James Birley, Anthony Fritsch and I got to spend time planning our continued rollout of our company sales process. We also spent time with our International BDE's looking at how we support and understand our customers' challenges when qualifying their pain. Then we finished up with our DACH region AE's and AM's looking at how they can optimise usage of their sales tools and of course my favourite topic - DISCOVERY!
