We took the opposite position: twelve premium Taiwan Bee founders in a single controlled system, open-crossed to surface novel phenotypes the US market hasn’t seen. It’s a barbell strategy - continuous injection of elite genetics on one end, selective capture of standouts on the other. The first generation is weeks away; females are berried now, with hatch projected early July. Stable parameters, a documented colony, and an import license held in reserve for genetics unavailable domestically.
