A funny thing happens when someone blows the whistle. The spotlight is supposed to fall on the conduct. Instead, it often falls on the whistleblower. Not because the facts are wrong. Because making an example of one person can discourage a hundred others from ‘speaking up’, particularly ‘with confidence’….. The strongest organisations investigate allegations.
