The past month has been wild. We launched our pilot in Downtown LA, and now the attention is rolling in. Childhood friends were told we wouldn’t make it; wrong look, wrong team. We didn’t let that break us. We found support, built a team, and now my hometown is writing about what we’ve done. It hit me hard. Sometimes the road is long, and I barely stop to see how far we’ve come. This started because my co-founder wanted to feed his family in PG County; food deserts, real problem. Now, I’m grateful. Grateful to my team, to partners who believed in us, and to the fact that resilience, sustainability, and good design are opening doors.
