It was a pleasure to host the IDEAL webinar on Neurotechnology alongside Dr Emalee Burrows. Many thanks to Dr Arsenio Paez and Dr Esmee Dohle (Synchron) for delivering excellent and thought‑provoking talks, and to Mr Hugo Layard Horsfall for expertly chairing the discussion. This is a particularly exciting and rapidly evolving area of research. We hope this webinar represents an important step in further integrating the IDEAL framework into the evaluation and clinical translation of neurotechnology and device innovation.
