'Stay curious'. Got to meet a great example of what that looks like, spending time with Tim Gauci. Fascinating to discover how a former diplomat turned design entrepreneur and self-described 'old bloke' came to see AI as an enabler, then invested the time to teach himself how use it effectively, learning how to prompt and safely giving his AI tools the right data and context to get genuinely useful answers. Tim is in the 56% of small businesspeople new NAB research finds either are using AI or are planning to - not to disrupt or transform, but to help with things like quick and thoughtful followups that help him win more business.
