I was interviewed by Moulana Irshaad Sedick from Al-Jeem Foundation on ways to deal with COVID-19. It’ll go live soon, and I hope people find benefit in what we’ve tried to convey. We tried to keep a safe distance during the interview, but I kept touching my face. Bad habits! 😱 Do what you can—in word or deed—to help others through this trying time. We’re all facing big challenges. Let’s try to focus less on ourselves, and more on those we can help. When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his folk migrated from Mecca to Madina, the Ansaar in Madina helped in various ways even though they were in dire situations themselves. This is the path of love. This is a humanitarian crisis. Reach out to everyone. Negate all levels of differentiation or discrimination. I’m trying to see my Lord in all of this. What is God teaching me, and guiding me towards? God bless.
