From a casual chat to the internationalization of research. 🌍 Last September, during an Erasmus+ staff training at the University of Palermo, I met Prof. Luca Puddu. We shared ideas, and instead of just exchanging business cards, we decided to act. Here is how networking turned into reality in just a few months: 1) September: First meeting and brainstorming. 2) The Follow-up: We negotiated an Erasmus+ student exchange agreement between our universities. 3) Today: We successfully conducted our joint international seminar! 🎉 For me, this is the ultimate proof that Erasmus+ is not just about points on a CV—it’s about building real, impactful relationships.
