What a week! Two sites with similar products. When I was in charge of Iron Casting and Aluminum die casting business, both competitors were separate, but now they are one team :) We had fantastic kick-offs of the Vesuvius Operating System in both Berkatal and Grossalmerode plants. Hard savings are identified and the Plant Improvement Plans are solid. Our quality workshop (managed by Artur Skucinski) focused on Top 5 points and we are prepared for the next steps.
