Léta jsem každý víkend jezdil do Alp (Rakousko, Italie, Švýcarsko, Francie) - na túry, na lezení, někdy spíš jenom na pivo (vid Daniel Holiš? :D) Pamatuju si, jak jsem si vždycky říkal - tvl tady bych chtěl bydlet, ráno bych vstal, vyběhl bych si na kopec před snídaní, přinesl čerstvý pečivo domů a pak šel s dětma ven. No a teď jsem si to splnil :D Takže zase musím začít běhat. Už to není tak veselý. Každopádně jsme si nějak pořídili domek v Italských Alpách. Vesnička Treppo (Zenodis) kousek od Tolmezza, 17 km do Rakouska, na dohled od lyžařského střediska Ravascetto (Monte Zoncolan) - ideální na túry, kola a v zimě lyže. 3 ložnice, dvakrát WC, koupelna, teráska, místnost na kola/lyže. V plánu je menší rekonstrukce (po teambuildingu s Pixeler Communications a Soma Sárosi který proběhne brzy asi bude potřeba větší :D) Každopádně někdy po létě by snad mohlo být hotovo a nechci s tím úplně jít na Airbnb, tak bych rád nabídl mojí linkedin bublině za férovou cenu a než bude vše dokončeno a tzv v punktlichu budeme to pronajímat třeba jen za vymalování :D Nebo barterem za slevu na kuchyň, dlaždice, postel :D Takže koho by zajímalo tak do zpráv. Volné té bude dost, protože nejlepší co můžete udělat je pořídit si chatu a odletět pracovat do Dubaje :) ------------------ For years, I spent every weekend in the Alps (Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France) — hiking, climbing, or sometimes just grabbing a beer (right, Daniel Holiš? :D). I remember always telling myself: "Damn, I’d love to live here. I’d wake up, run up the hill before breakfast, bring fresh pastries back home, and then head out with the kids." Well, I just made that dream come true! :D Which means I officially have to start running again. Anyway, we’ve managed to get a little house in the Italian Alps. It’s in the village of Treppo (Zenodis) near Tolmezzo, just 17 km from the Austrian border and within sight of the Ravascetto (Monte Zoncolan) ski resort. It’s a perfect spot for hiking and biking, and skiing in the winter. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, and a storage room for bikes and skis. We’re planning a minor renovation (though after the upcoming teambuilding with Pixeler Communications and Soma Sárosi, we might end up needing a major one! :D). Everything should hopefully be ready sometime after the summer. I don’t really want to jump straight onto Airbnb, so I’d rather offer it to my LinkedIn bubble for a fair price. And before everything is 100% "pünktlich" and finished, I’m open to renting it out just in exchange for some help with painting :D Or a barter for a discount on a kitchen, tiles, or a bed :D So, if you're interested, shoot me a message. There will be plenty of availability because, as they say, the best thing you can do is buy a mountain cabin and then fly off to work in Dubai! :)
