Das Ergebnis beim Probeschleifen mit dem DiscMaster 6TD betrug 0,6 mm. Ein Interessent schickte uns Musterteile mit konkreten Vorgaben. Wir haben die Maschine mit den passenden Werkzeugen ausgestattet und die Anforderungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. So wurde aus einem Interessenten ein Kunde. The prospective customer’s specifications: feed rate of 2 m/min, complete deburring, edge rounding of at least 0.5 mm. The result of the test grinding with the DiscMaster 6TD was 0.6 mm. A prospective customer sent us sample parts with specific requirements. We fitted the machine with the appropriate tools and not only met the requirements, but exceeded them.
