I am excited to share our team's recent winning achievement in the Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition 2026, the largest and most prestigious virtual pitch competition for high school-aged entrepreneurs from all over the world. π°πΆπΈπ¬π§ͺ This year, the Blue Ocean Competition 2026 received 23,000+ entries from 175+ countries and territories amongst 9,000 plus schools worldwide. π«π©βπ«ππΊ We Grade 10 IGCSE students of Dhirubhai Ambani International School formed a team of 5 members, which were: Jaisal Shah, Akshaj Panjnani, Gauri Bansal, Myra Jhawar and Arishka Betadpur. Effective collaboration secures the win by turning diverse talents into mutual respect and a unified, market-breaking strategy. By integrating diverse perspectives our team members gained a deep appreciation for one another's unique strengths and specialized skills. Our Entrepreneurial idea was PharmaSink.π§ͺπ¬π‘ PharmaSink is an infrastructure-based solution that installs neutralisation cartridges directly into drains in hospitals and healthcare facilities, chemically deactivating pharmaceutical residues at the point of disposal to prevent drug pollution from entering sewage and water systems. Our team is ranked as winners in the top 250 pitches amongst 23,000 entries, placing us in the top 1% of participants worldwide. I am also thankful to our Business Studies teacher, RASHMI BARUAH, for encouraging us students to always be creative and innovative in our approach.π©βπ«π« The link to watch our pitch of PharmaSink: https://lnkd.in/diFuM8Nj
