A teacher can teach the same subject for twenty years and still find new ways to make it meaningful. As part of its commitment to academic excellence, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, recently organised subject-specific capacity-building sessions for educators across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Accountancy, Economics, and Library—bringing together experienced practitioners and thought leaders from some of the country's most respected institutions. The sessions were led by Ms. Sangeeta Gulati, Head of Mathematics at Sanskriti School, New Delhi; Ms. Anshu Taneja, Chemistry Coordinator at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad; Ms. Neeraj Taneja, Physics curriculum consultant and educator; Mr. Gaurav Palia, noted academic innovator and resource person in Accountancy; Ms. Sandeepa Madan, Post Graduate Teacher and Department Head in Economics at Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon; and Ms. Kriti Gulati, literacy and library learning specialist. Across disciplines, the conversations focused on a shared challenge: how to make learning more relevant, engaging, competency-driven, and meaningful for today's learners. From educational technology and experience-based learning to curriculum design and innovative assessment practices, the sessions encouraged educators to reflect on their craft, exchange ideas, and strengthen their subject expertise. At Jaipuria, we believe that great schools are not built by strong curricula alone. They are built by educators who continue to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the students they teach. Because every investment in a teacher eventually finds its way into a classroom. #TeacherDevelopment #CapacityBuilding #JaipuriaVasundhara #JaipuriaSchools #ProfessionalLearning #PedagogyMatters #CBSESchool #EducationLeadership #SubjectExpertise STTAR - Saamarthya Teachers Training Academy of Research
