Some sports are loud. Yoga is not. It asks for something harder — stillness, precision, and the kind of focus that has nowhere to hide when the mat is yours and the room is watching. Akshita Sharma of Class VII-E brought all of it to the 3rd NCR Yoga Championship 2026 — and came home with 1st place. At Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, we have always believed that sport is not only what happens on a court or a field. It happens on a mat, in a pool, on a climbing wall, on a skating rink. It happens wherever a young person chooses to push past what is comfortable and find out what they are made of.
