"Too many AI agents" is making headlines in the recent The Wall Street Journal article (link in the comments, behind paywall). Honestly, that's a nice problem to have. It means teams are experimenting, building, and finding real ways to apply AI that eventually becomes a scaling challenge. This brought back something we worked on at EY, before it had a widely recognized name. The goal was simple: help find what already existed, reduce duplication, identify ownership and make it easier for broader teams to adopt and build on what had already been created. What started as a practical fix grew into something more significant. Making prompts and agents visible, trusted, and scalable across an organization is where the real value compounds. It wasn't a technology project. It was an operations one. Grateful to have worked on this problem before it became headlines - with Michael Adolf, Ramon Czimenga, Ingken Schmiedl, Dominik Schmoll, Maximilian Brändle, Gabriel Brunkhorst, olutola akande, Christina Würzburger, Mayra Schade, Daniel Jahnke, Shiv Kapoor, Thu Huong Le, Thomas Kretschmer, Kevin Künzelt.
