Our growth story continues to amaze me every day. Joining Luminance 9 years ago meant I would have to make a major career pivot (law to sales, totally unknown territory for me and something I thought I would probably be terrible at), but I had a feeling in my gut that I couldn't ignore - that this was the company that would lead the legal profession into the future. We were doing AI before it was cool, and LLMs before anyone knew that meant something different to 'Master of Laws'. I didn't foresee that I would end up leading our global sales team, and then take the next challenge as Chief of Staff a few years later, but what a ride! Careers aren't linear, and the best, most rewarding ones are often those that aren't mapped out as part of a 5 year plan. On that note, I'm super excited to open our doors next Thursday 14th May to GTM professionals (and the lawyers out there who want to be a part of the future, from the other side!) at our London HQ.
