Claude Code is hiring entry-level talent (degree NOT required!) with 0-2 years of experience for their 2026 full-time fellowship program, Claude Corps: a paid, year-long fellowship that places 1,000 people at the start of their careers inside nonprofits across America. Here's everything you need to know: Knowing how to use AI effectively is one of the most sought-after skills employers look for in early-career candidates, and Claude Code wants to help close that gap. Claude Corps is a national fellowship program for early-career professionals passionate about extending the benefits of AI to communities across America and supporting the missions of over 20+ non-profits, including Braven, Goodwill Industries International, YMCA of the USA, RAINN, Ny Public Library, Code for America and more Fellows will train in how to use Claude, then spend twelve months embedded with a host organization non-profit nonprofits around the US—from social services and museums to mental health and refugee support programs— building tools and systems to help nonprofits advance their missions. 📅 Application Deadlines: July 17, 2026 for the first cohort (starts October 19, 2026).
