WOW! Over the last two weeks, I've had the pleasure of meeting 70 of our UK General Managers.👏 What a fantastic bunch of people. Passionate, diverse, dedicated and all committed to creating brilliant experiences for our customers and teams every day. What made me particularly proud was seeing several GMs who started their journey with us as Assistant Managers and progressed through our AM to GM Development Programme. Seeing them now leading their own successful pubs is a great reminder of the opportunities that exist when talented people are supported to grow. At Butcombe, developing great people and helping them build rewarding careers is something we're hugely passionate about.
