This list is so true Adrian Moffatt. When choosing external counsel during my time as in house counsel, I ensured alignment on what I needed, what my business needed, using points similar to these. I am grateful that some of those external counsel (looking at you Dinsmore & Shohl LLP & Geof Oberhaus, at you HOFFMANN EITLE & Frank Van Bouwelen, Peter Klusmann & Thomas Becher, at you Dickinson Wright & Andrew Dorisio) understood these points.
