Artie is growing fast. We're hiring across the board. And we've been seeing odd things. Here's one from last week - this one cracked me up.. Our recruiters spoke to the same person four times. Four separate applications. Four different resumes, four LinkedIn profiles, over a dozen different companies and sets of experience. The catch: it was all one person. The first two times, our recruiter didn't say anything. He thought he was confused. The third and fourth, he called them out directly. Surprisingly, the person vehemently denied it: "No, that's not me. I've never spoken to you before." If you're hiring right now, you've probably run into a version of this.
