This is, in the end, what it is all about: happy clients. For those not familiar with the Net Promoter Score (NPS): with this score we measure whether a client would recommend doing business with us. An NPS of 76.2 is high in our field (the average in financial services is around 44). This was one of the key reasons for establishing Invest International in 2021: to build a client‑ and solution‑oriented organisation that supports companies in doing international business.
