I recently had the opportunity to create a video highlighting the powerful connection between rehabilitation and compassion. When inmates are given the opportunity to care for vulnerable animals, something shifts. Empathy grows. Patience is practiced. The impact is visible — not only in the progress of the animals, but in the confidence and emotional growth of the individuals involved. Rehabilitation isn’t just about serving time — it’s about building skills and creating pathways to become productive members of the community. I’m grateful to help tell stories that highlight second chances. 🤍
