Enjoyed being on guest on City of Las Vegas Access City Council Show last night week! Shout out to Mayor Pro Tem Brian Knudsen, communication communications, Director David Riggleman, and my amazing volunteer, Stephanie Itkin-Goodman for shedding light on the new Department of Public Safety Volunteer Program! This program will allow our agency to bridge the gap between law-enforcement and the community by building trust, enhancing transparency, and mobilizing the residents of Las Vegas to get involved in public safety. I am proud to lead this initiative! Thank you Chief Jason Potts for allowing me to create this program! I can’t wait to highlight the rest of our volunteers and the great work they will do.
