Padelheim Build Diary: Episode 2! In Episode 2, we look at the amount of preparation going into the fitout before the courts arrive. From moving cable trays and coordinating services, to ensuring the HVAC systems can be installed in the right sequence - there is a huge amount of detail that needs to be right before the headline pieces of the project land on site. The decoration has also started and is already making a big difference to the space. Seeing the building slowly move away from an empty industrial unit and towards our vision is a brilliant moment for us. I also wanted to give a special mention to the team involved in helping us get to this point: Layrd Design Ltd - Design Consultant Richards Design Partnership - MEP Design team Envirotech Group - Principal Contractor The team we have brought together have made the process feel collaborative from day one. Each of them has approached the project as a genuine partnership, which reflects exactly the type of relationships we want to build with everyone involved in Padelheim. Plenty still to do, but the momentum is building!
