One thing I try to do every week: learn from people who are ahead of where I want to be. Yesterday during lunch, I attended a Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce event where Noel DeLisle, our Director of AI, led an AI Power Hour. For some, AI feels like a threat. For others, it’s a powerful tool. And for some, it’s just a distraction. What I do know is this: AI isn’t going away — it’s only getting better. I definitely don’t have it all figured out yet, and at times it can feel overwhelming. That’s why I try to stay curious and spend time around people who understand it better than I do. I’m not chasing every new tool — I’m focused on learning enough to stay sharp, stay relevant, and be a better resource for the people I work with. Curiosity still feels like the best place to start. #AI #Development #ChamberEvent #StayCurious #Sales
