Bybit is now the first global exchange to receive a MiCAR license in Austria and in the EU from a fresh application. It is a major milestone for our European journey, quality and standards. It’s been a rigorous and complex process, with high quality, standards and expectations from day one. We embarked on this journey knowing how challenging it would be precisely because we wished to demonstrate assurances of high quality, standards, fidelity and integrity. This license reflects not just a regulatory approval, but the strategic groundwork we've laid to build a compliant, sustainable, future-ready industry in the EU and in Austria. While the challenges were constant , I am deeply grateful Martin Hanzl and the EY Austria team for the time, dedication, expertise, navigation and commitment as our legal and compliance partners throughout this process.
