Happy Friday, everyone. I know it is Sunday, but with good reason. I don't have a social media or marketing team behind me. It is just me, running the business, doing the work and trying to create some content along the way. Last Wednesday, I headed to New York with my wife and son. He has just finished his GCSEs, and after all that hard work, New York was his trip of choice. I came here over 10 years ago with work, but I only had limited time for sightseeing. This time, in six days, I think we have pretty much nailed it: 📍 Grand Central Station 🏙️ Chrysler Building 🌆 Top of the Rock 💼 Wall Street 🐂 Charging Bull 📈 New York Stock Exchange ✨ Times Square, several times ⛪ St Patrick’s Cathedral 📚 New York Public Library 🌉 DUMBO, Brooklyn 🕊️ 9/11 Museum and Reflection Pools ⛴️ NYC Ferry 🗽 Statue of Liberty 🛍️ A lot of shopping About a million steps later, I think it is fair to say we have seen plenty. We also made it over to New Jersey yesterday to watch England win , which was a great way to finish the trip. And finally, I bumped into Donald Trump and asked whether I was the best accountant in the world. He clearly agreed. Back to reality soon.
