شارك الأستاذ ناصر ازحيمان، مدير عام شركة سلسلة محلات بن ازحيمان، في ندوة بجامعة بيرزيت بعنوان: "القيادة في الشركات العائلية: الفرص والتحديات"، استعرض خلالها تجربة بن ازحيمان في الحوكمة الداخلية واستدامة الشركات العائلية. وأكد أن انتقال الشركات بين الأجيال يتطلب تنظيمًا واضحًا، وفصلًا بين الملكية والإدارة، واعتماد الكفاءة في المواقع القيادية، مشيرًا إلى أهمية وجود مجلس عائلة، ومجلس إدارة يضم كفاءات مستقلة، وإدارة تنفيذية مهنية. كما شارك في الندوة د. جمال الحوراني ود. سعيد دويكات، حيث أكدا أهمية الحوكمة والسياسات المكتوبة في تعزيز استدامة الشركات العائلية. Mr. Nasser Izhiman, General Manager of Izhiman’s Coffee, participated in a seminar at Birzeit University titled “Leadership in Family Businesses: Opportunities and Challenges,” where he shared Izhiman’s Coffee’s experience in internal governance and the sustainability of family businesses. Mr. Izhiman emphasized that successful generational transition in family businesses requires clear organizational structures, separation between ownership and management, and the adoption of competency-based leadership roles. He also highlighted the importance of having a family council, a board of directors that includes independent professionals, and a professional executive management team. Dr. Jamal Al-Hourani and Dr. Saeed Dweikat also participated in the seminar, where they emphasized the importance of governance and written policies in strengthening the sustainability of family businesses.
