Sometimes it’s the simplest actions that spark the most meaningful conversations 🌱 Last month, teams across IXM came together for a Green campaign focused on awareness, everyday choices, and shared responsibility. Across our offices and sites, colleagues took part in local initiatives that encouraged reflection, learning, and hands‑on action, from caring for plants at work, to outdoor activities, clean‑ups, and moments dedicated to rethinking how we reduce waste in our daily routines. It wasn’t about doing everything, everywhere; It was about doing something, together, and creating space to talk openly about how small actions can add up.
