Some of the most meaningful conversations don’t happen on stage. Last month in Madrid, we were delighted to host a cocktail evening alongside the Cobalt Institute, bringing together partners, clients and peers from across the industry. Opening the evening, YB Nam from our Nickel & Cobalt team shared a simple perspective: “We see our role not just as participants in the market, but as connectors, connecting resources to markets, and people to one another.” In a world of increasing complexity, these moments to pause, exchange and reconnect are just as important as the discussions shaping the industry. We were also proud to see Sara Olsson, Responsible Business Manager at IXM, contribute to the panel “From Traceability to Transparency: What Does It Mean for ESG in the Cobalt Value Chain?”, sharing perspectives on the role of traceability in supporting greater transparency and meaningful ESG outcomes.
