Congratulations to all at uniQure on receiving the go ahead from the FDA to file for accelerated approval of AMT-130 a revolutionary gene therapy for Huntington's disease. https://lnkd.in/eMiznUxe This represents significant progress not only for gene therapy and Huntington’s disease research, but most importantly for patients and families affected by this devastating condition, where there are currently no approved therapies that can slow disease progression. Advances like these reflect years of scientific innovation, clinical research, and commitment from researchers, clinicians, study participants, and patient communities. It is encouraging to see momentum building toward potential disease-modifying treatments for Huntington’s disease.
