Your data tells you what’s happening, but not why. Quantitative research helps you see what users are doing. You might notice clicks, drop-offs, or behavioral patterns. But it doesn’t always explain why those things happen. That’s where qualitative insights step in. Through interviews, usability tests, and conversations, you start to understand what your users are thinking, feeling, and trying to achieve. 👉 Quantitative research shows patterns (how many times a user clicked on a button) 👉 Qualitative research explains behavior (the underlying motivations, emotions, and behaviors that drive user interactions).
