Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting the traditional IWiL #Mentor_Dinner at Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank - apoBank, and it was once again an evening that demonstrated the strength and depth of our initiative ❤️ Our #mentors and members of the Matching Committee Anke Heppner, Dr. Thomas J., Barbara T. and Klaudia Wilde came together to #connect_and_reconnect, to exchange perspectives on the IWiL programme, professional development, and the broader questions shaping careers and lives. It was a particular pleasure to welcome our new mentors Kerstin Steinert, Regine Runte, Beatrice Guillaume Grabisch and Methner Michael and to immediately involve them in the open and thoughtful dialogue. A highlight of the evening was the keynote by Nicole Richter on #leadership in times of crisis and #transformation. She addressed a topic that resonates deeply within our network and remains highly relevant in today’s environment. Her contribution sparked meaningful reflections and engaging conversations. Thank you for this substantial and thought-provoking input, dear Nicole!
