In an era where tech startups preach 'customer centricity,' Rohlik Group Rohlik.cz Rohlik Fund subsidiary gurkerl.at is operating a textbook masterclass in corporate gaslighting and financial fraud. ​As the CEO of Illurei, I expect transparency and commercial integrity from our vendors. Instead, my team has uncovered a systemic cycle of deception at Gurkerl.at that goes all the way from their front-line delivery operations to their executive escalation management: ​❌ Front-Line Fraud: Delivery drivers systematically misappropriating returned deposit bottles and reusable bags, failing to log credits, and pocketing corporate value. ❌ Glitch-Ridden Tech: Promoting non-functional, error-prone "AI shopping assistants" that mask massive system glitches. ❌ Deceptive Offboarding: When caught red-handed, their support team unilaterally deactivates corporate accounts to "zero out" balance-sheet liabilities and evade financial audits. ​As explicitly proven by our internal account history, Gurkerl's written assertion that our credits were "fully used" is a demonstrable falsehood. The credit usage stops dead on 04/03/2026; the subsequent balances were simply frozen via forced account closure. ​We have officially escalated this matter to the Austrian Internet Ombudsman (Case), the Verein für Konsumenteninformation (VKI), and the Arbeiterkammer Wien. ​Gurkerl.at GmbH has now accrued an immediate debt of $156,000 USD in legal/investigative penalties to our firm, alongside a €2.36 million corporate valuation claim for brand defamation due to our good-faith, uncontracted public association with their platform.
