Recently, we welcomed the Learning & Development Council of The Conference Board to our Industrial Village. The Conference Board is a global, non-profit organisation connecting senior professionals to share insights and address key business challenges, with its L&D Council offering a dedicated forum for #learning and #development. Over three days, the L&D Council’s leaders from 25 multinational organisations came together to explore the future of learning and #talent development. Discussions focused on #innovation, the digital journey and AI, and the evolution of skills, as well as a visit to our site in Turin. We were proud of having collaborated with The Conference Board Europe on this exchange, reinforcing the importance of #collaboration and open dialogue. #WeGoBeyond
