I built a tool that 700+ students use every enrollment season. I just gave it the biggest upgrade yet. 6 months ago, I was tired of opening 10+ Rate My Professors tabs every time enrollment came around at UCSC. So I built a Chrome extension that puts professor ratings directly on the enrollment page. It went viral. 700+ students started using it. But the #1 piece of feedback I kept getting? "I can see the rating… but who even is this person?" So we built full professor profiles into the enrollment system. Now you click one button and see: → Their photo, department, and contact info → Research interests and what they teach → Star rating, difficulty, and would-take-again % → Recent student reviews you can filter by class → Grade distributions for every course they've taught Everything.
