I’m proud to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Vice President of Software Engineering at DKV Mobility. When I reflect on this moment, I don’t just see a promotion—I see a journey shaped by trust, growth, and people who made a lasting impact along the way at DKV. One person, in particular, stands out: Patrick Dahlmann. Patrick, you didn’t just recognize potential—you invested in it. You challenged me when it mattered most, supported me when it counted, and pushed me to grow into a version of myself I hadn’t yet fully seen. Your belief, honesty, and leadership have deeply influenced how I think, how I act, and how I lead today. For that, I’m incredibly grateful. At the same time, I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by an environment that continuously fuels growth—my colleagues, our teams, and the EmpowHer program. Together, they’ve shaped my perspective, strengthened my leadership, and reminded me every day that great results are built on trust, collaboration, and shared ambition. I’m also especially happy to share this milestone with Tim Riemer - congratulations on stepping into this journey as well. I’m truly looking forward to what we’ll build, challenge, and achieve together. As I step into this new chapter, my focus remains simple: empowering teams to do their best work, guided by trust, clarity, and accountability, and creating space for others to grow and succeed.
