İTÜNOM İHA Takımı olarak yıllardır edindiğimiz tecrübelerle bu yıl ürettiğimiz insansız hava aracımız "VIBE" ile Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde düzenlenen uluslararası SUAS (Student Unmanned Aerial Systems) 2025 yarışmasını başarıyla tamamladık!⭐️ Otonom uçuş planlaması, görüntü işleme, hedef tespiti, haritalama, engelden kaçınma ve yük bırakma gibi görevleri başarıyla tamamlayan sayılı takımlardan biri olduk. 📍 Teknik Dizayn Raporu değerlendirmesinde 4., 📍 Görev İspat değerlendirmesinde 11. sırada yer aldık. Aylar süren hazırlık süreci, test uçuşları ve yoğun takım çalışmasıyla geçen bu serüvende, ülkemizi uluslararası arenada gururla temsil ettik. 🇹🇷 Bu süreçte bizlere en büyük maddi ve manevi desteği sağlayan başta TÜBİTAK ve Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi A.Ş. olmak üzere,Turkish Technic'e , Arz Portföy'e , T3 Vakfı'na, danışman hocamız Emre KOYUNCU'ya, tüm hocalarımıza, mezunlarımıza, sponsorlarımıza, okulumuza ve ITU Aerospace Research Center ailesine teşekkür ederiz! Drawing upon the expertise accumulated over many years, the ITUNOM UAV Team successfully completed the international Student Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) 2025 competition in the United States with "VIBE", the unmanned aerial vehicle we produced this year.⭐️ We ranked among the select teams that fulfilled every mission requirement including autonomous flight planning, image processing, target detection, mapping, obstacle avoidance, and payload delivery without incident. 📍 4th place – Technical Design Report 📍 11th place – Mission Demonstration Following months of preparation, test flights, and intensive teamwork, we proudly represented our country on the international stage. 🇹🇷 We extend our sincere gratitude, first and foremost, to TÜBİTAK and Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi A.Ş. for their substantial financial and moral support, as well as to Turkish Technic, Arz Portföy, T3 Vakfı our academic advisor Emre KOYUNCU, all professors, all of our past members, sponsors, our university, and the ITU Aerospace Research Center family.
