Purpose sounds good. It’s written on websites. Shared in presentations. Talked about in strategy meetings. But in everyday work? Deadlines. Pressure. Routines. And suddenly, purpose becomes… background noise. Because people don’t connect to words. They connect to what they experience. In decisions. In leadership behaviour. In how work actually feels.
